1 General Provisions

23baj is an online entertainment and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 23baj platform ("Platform") and apply to the website, mobile version, and all related services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of those changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• Online betting is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• You may open only one account in your own name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• You will keep your account password and login details completely confidential.

If an account is created with false information or the above conditions are violated, 23baj reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any deposited funds at any time.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud on our platform, 23baj follows an identity verification process. You may be required to verify your identity in the following situations:

• When submitting a withdrawal request.
• For large-value transactions.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• When requesting a withdrawal for the first time after a long period of inactivity.

A copy of your national identity card or passport and proof of address may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

23baj processes transactions through mobile banking and financial services commonly used in Bangladesh. The key payment-related policies are outlined below:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used at the time of deposit.
• Transactions to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

We inform you in advance that withdrawal times may vary due to technical issues or security checks. 23baj is not responsible for delays caused by bank holidays or issues with payment providers.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

23baj offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. By accepting these offers, the following conditions will automatically apply:

• Welcome bonus: up to 100% of the first deposit up to ৳10,000, with a 10x wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• If bonus claims are attempted from multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• VIP program cashback benefits cannot be used together with bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise.

23baj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account will be closed and funds will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when conducting betting and gaming activities on our platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 23baj reserves the right to make the correct decision regarding bets placed in error due to technical faults.
• In sports betting, bets are settled after the official result is published.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• The outcome of each round in casino games is completely random — controlled by a fair play system.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

The 23baj VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on the user's overall activity and participation on the platform. 23baj reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Claiming bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Attempting to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Playing games through automated bots or software.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform.
